Learning Agreements
Once you have followed the application procedure, and your nomination has been approved by Windesheim to the specific exchange programme of your choice, it is time to create your Learning Agreement. There are two ways to create this Learning Agreement:
- If you are an exchange student from a European partner that participates in Erasmus+, please determine with the International Office at your home institution which system you need to use to complete your (online) Learning Agreement. You can use the template of the Windesheim Learning Agreement to find the courses of the exchange programme you would like to follow as listed below.
- If you are an exchange student from a non-European partner, you can either use the Learning Agreement template in English provided by your home university or you can use the template of the Windesheim Learning Agreement provided below.
- In any case make sure to complete your Learning Agreement with the exact course codes, course names, ECTS credits and contact details as stated in the template Windesheim Learning Agreement. The template also gives a clear explanation which courses in your exchange programme are mandatory and which are optional. Complete the Learning Agreement with your own signature and the signature of the contact person at your home university. The Windesheim coordinator will sign after upload to our Mobility Online system.
Please note:
-It is not possible to combine courses from different exchange programmes.
-A Learning Agreement for one semester generally consists of 30 ECTS credits.
