Learning Agreements

Once you have followed the application procedure, and you are accepted by Windesheim to the specific exchange programme of your choice, it is time to create your Learning Agreement. There are two ways to create this Learning Agreement:

1. If you are an exchange student from a European partner that participates in Erasmus+, please determine with the International Office at your own institution which system you need to use to complete your (online) Learning Agreement. You can use the Learning Agreements listed below as an example.
2. If you are an exchange student from a non-European partner, please download the Learning Agreements provided below. Complete the missing details, personally sign the Learning Agreement, let your home institution sign the Learning Agreement and upload it in Mobility Online as explained. 

In the list below, you will find examples of how your Learning Agreement should look. This depends on which exchange programme at Windesheim you will do. The examples also explains which courses are compulsory and which courses are optional. 

Please note: it is not possible to combine courses from different exchange programmes
A Learning Agreement for one semester generally consists of 30 ECTS credits.
