Windesheim Honours College (WHC) intrigues me because we are a very diverse group of people and yet still I see close friendships arise all around me. This atmosphere allows me to learn about a wide range of varying worldviews and convictions, and it teaches me how to deal with differences in a pleasant and fruitful setting.

Since the beginning of this year, I try to apply those lessons in my tasks within Navigators, a Christian student association here. Every two weeks we come together to have a beer and discuss topics that are relevant to our lives. Opinions amongst religious people differ just as much as between people with other beliefs, so the skills I learn at WHC help me a lot in my role as a leader there.
