Paula has grown into a confident, globally aware young woman
Mauricio shares how his daughter Paula grew into a confident, world-minded changemaker thanks to Windesheim’s Global Project and Change Management programme. With real projects and inspiring teachers, Paula tackled big global issues and found her purpose.
“My daughter Paula’s experience in the Global Project and Change Management programme at Windesheim University was truly transformative. The program’s strong focus on Leadership for Sustainable Development, rooted in the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, equipped her with the skills and mindset to address real global challenges.
Through hands-on projects, Paula tackled urgent issues such as climate change, social inequality, responsible consumption, and quality education. She worked in diverse, multicultural teams where she learned to collaborate, communicate, and lead with empathy and purpose.
The programme combined academic rigor with practical experience, encouraging Paula to think critically, act ethically, and innovate for long-term impact. I was particularly impressed by the dedication of the faculty, who mentored and inspired her every step of the way.
Paula has grown into a confident, globally aware young woman, deeply committed to creating positive change. She graduated not only with strong leadership and project management skills, but with a clear sense of direction and responsibility towards the world.
I wholeheartedly recommend the GPCM programme to any student seeking a meaningful, internationally oriented education that prepares them to lead in a rapidly changing world.”
