When I was looking for a study programme and found Global Project and Change Management, I knew right away that this fit me perfectly. What I like most about the programme, is that I feel encouraged to work on my personal and professional development. I have learned a lot about myself and my personal values over the past few years.

When you are a young student and consciously focusing on the challenges we face as a society, this can be a lot sometimes. I have learned that even though there are a lot of challenges ahead, the only way to deal with them is to stay optimistic. By changing people's mindset and giving them the tools to be changemakers themselves, I believe a lot is possible.

What makes Global Project and Change Management unique, in my opinion, is how every student gets a lot of freedom in their personal and professional development. I also think it is unique that this programme brings so many people of different nationalities together. For me, this programme is not really about the classes and the assignments. It's about what's underneath. How I have grown as an individual and as a future professional.

Noreen graduated in 2021.
