I learned a lot about myself

I had an amazing time during the exchange programme Managing Projects for Sustainable Development. I had the opportunity to stay in Chile for two months to explore the country and the culture, to learn more about sustainability, and I learned a lot about myself. This was because I wasn’t used to work and live in a different country far from home.

Furthermore, my Leadership coach helped me during this time and gave me opportunities to develop myself by asking the right questions and giving me the right tools. The people at Windesheim Honours College are so open-minded and passionate about their discipline that I learned a lot from them and they gave me the feeling that I was one of them. All-in all, I can recommend this exchange programme because you will have a great time with great people and it is a great learning experience.
