Drivers of sustainable innovation
GT4T aims to support higher education institutions in becoming drivers of sustainable innovation through the development of Venture Science Centers, delivery of micro-credential-based interdisciplinary training, and the formation of a digital community that bridges academia, entrepreneurship, startups and industry.
Inclusivity is a core principle of the project. GT4T offers dedicated programs for both young professionals (ages 17–25) and experienced professionals (55+), promoting collaboration across generations and disciplines.
Aligned with the strategic missions of EIT Climate-KIC, the project focuses on enabling solutions in the Circular Economy, Digital Transformation, and Energy Transition. Over its course, GT4T will train more than 3,000 innovators, support the creation of over 45 startups, and establish more than 60 institutional and industry partnerships aimed at delivering tangible impact.
