Nurse leadership during pandemics
This Blended Intensive Programme focuses on nursing leadership in crisis situations, including epidemics and pandemics.
Topics such as nursing leadership, infectious diseases, stigma and its consequences, and ethical dilemmas are explored in an international context. Students learn how nursing leaders acted in the past and how to develop their own leadership for the future. The programme’s international setting enables comparison of national approaches and highlights the importance of global cooperation during future pandemics.
Assignments relate to these themes, and the programme concludes with a portfolio containing all online and on-campus work, plus a reflection on the overall learning outcomes.
