Programme
In the first virtual week, we will introduce the project and form groups. You will learn about the theme and choose an industry and business. Together with your new team, you will have to come up with a plan how to tackle the assignment. This is a great way to learn how to proactively collaborate virtually with students from different countries and universities.
Advice for an HRM department
You will formulate advice for the human resource management department of your chosen company. What skills, abilities, and attitudes will employees need to remain competitive in the company/industry sustainably? To provide well-founded advice, you will explore the industry's past changes and likely future developments, primarily through desk research.
You will strengthen your advice by conducting at least one interview with a field expert to gather relevant data. You will present your findings during the on campus week.
