  3. Balance between body and mind in an overstimulating world

In today’s overstimulating society, stress and uncertainty are common. For health and welfare professionals, maintaining a healthy balance between body and mind is essential. They must also be able to share this knowledge and these skills with their clients, particularly young people and their families.

During the exchange, students explore research, methods and theories that support a healthy body and mind balance. They learn how health and welfare professionals work in their own countries and those of the exchange partners. In small international groups, they develop their own approach to help young people and their families maintain this balance.

Students will participate in online meetings with lectures, discussions, interactive group work and an onsite 5-day exchange period at Windesheim in Zwolle.
