Didn’t receive a confirmation email or link?
First, check your spam folder. If you can’t find an email from us there either, please send a message to voorlichtingsdagen@windesheim.nl(opens in new tab) for further assistance.

Can I bring someone with me?
You can bring up to two guests with you. They don’t need to register separately. Simply indicate on your registration form whether you’ll be attending with two or three people in total.

I can’t make it, what should I do?
You can cancel your registration through the confirmation email you received. Alternatively, email voorlichtingsdagen@windesheim.nl(opens in new tab).

Where do I find my entry code?
Your entry code can be found in the confirmation email you received from Windesheim. Look for the QR-code located at the top right corner under the picture with two students. We will scan this upon your arrival. You have the option to either print the email or display it on your phone using our free Wi-Fi on campus.

Can I arrive later than my time slot?
You’re free to arrive at any time within your chosen time slot.
For example, if you’ve registered for the 13:00–17:00 slot, you’re also welcome to come at 14:30.

Can I visit multiple programmes on Friday?
Yes, you can. It is up to you how much time you want to spend at a programme. You'll have plenty of time to explore the campus and programmes.

Are there any snacks/drinks available?
In the main building, you can grab some freshly made popcorn and enjoy free soup and mocktails (while supplies last).
If you’d like to buy something to eat or drink, visit our restaurant in the C Building. You’ll also find a Spar University supermarket there for quick snacks. Or drop by the sports café in the S Building for a drink.
