Global Project and Change Management (Sustainable Business and Innovations) is a BBA-programme of Windesheim Honours College in Zwolle. It prepares you for a career as an international project and change manager who can make the difference in tackling worldwide sustainability challenges. Think, for example, of climate change, human rights, global health and the circular economy. Sustainable development is the main focus, but we also stimulate social and sustainable entrepreneurship. We are practice-oriented: internships and projects with companies and organizations are included in the programme. And, unique about this programme: housing is guaranteed in year one! We dare, we share, we care! Do you?

After your studies

Career prospects

As a graduate, you will possess the skills to create sustainable solutions to the world’s most challenging problems. Your strength lies in your versatility and ability to solve problems by combining your practical skills, theoretical business knowledge and diverse areas of expertise. There are plenty of positions in which you can develop, for example:

  • Project manager at an international NGO
  • Social entrepreneur
  • Trainee at the European Parliament
  • Development manager at a non-profit organization
  • Advisor improving corporate sustainability

This is where you'll apply your skills

Global warming, wealth inequality, pandemics, an ageing population - the world faces many societal and sustainable challenges. To tackle these issues, businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) must collaborate. These intricate collaborations require professionals who can see the bigger picture, while breaking down a complex plan into bite-sized projects and practical solutions.

So whether you will work at a consultancy firm, a non-profit organization, for the government, the European Parliament or in a specific sector (such as welfare or sustainable energy), you will soon play an important role in connecting all kinds of initiatives.
